Mr Williams was a director of ValueClick Japan KK in 1998 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Tim founded ValueCommerce Co. Ltd. (Formerly Trans Pacific Inc.) in 1996. Mr Williams is one of the pioneers in the Japanese Internet and advertising industry. He came back to Transpacific Inc. with a vision to develop a performance marketing platform as a new project which launched in November 1999. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ValueCommerce and focused on M&A and other strategic business development opportunities for ValueCommerce. Mr Williams served as the Chairman of ValueCommerce Co. Ltd since 2006. He has been a Director of The Icehouse Limited since June 2012.
