Robert S Middlemas has resigned as non-executive director of Elemental Minerals, after 6 years with board both as a non-executive director and previously as a non-executive chairman.

Stephen Everett is a graduate of chemical engineering from UNSW with over 40 years of board and management experience within the resources and construction industries in Australia and overseas.
Mr Everett's vast management experience includes production and project management, marketing, corporate restructuring, debt/equity financing and government relations. He also held senior executive positions including as managing director and chief executive of private and public listed companies.
Mr Everett was chair of BeMaX Resources NL, Australian Solomons Gold, JMS Civil and Mining and IronRidge Resources.
