A Harvard alumna and principal of Verity Consulting, Dr Sandy Chong has 20 years of experience in international business; communications; strategic alliance; governance, philanthropy; and corporate social responsibility.
Dr Chong is a member of the World Economic Forum Expert Network, and has served as chair of ASEAN Business Alliance since 2020. She has advised trade agencies and policy makers in Australia, Singapore, and Switzerland on inclusive trade, digital and energy transformation.
She also founded and chaired the United Nations Association Sustainable Development Goals Forums series in Western Australia and has served on industry councils & not-for-profit boards including the Ministerial Advisory Board for Innovation and Digital Economy, WA Indigenous Tourism Council, and VP of WA-Singapore Business Council.
Dr Chong has served as an adjunct professor at Curtin University and University of Hamburg. She has published in peer-reviewed journals in sustainability and innovation adoption since 2003 and is an contributor in the fields of international trade and inclusive economic empowerment.
