Richard Conway

Richard Conway is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer, and an experienced governance professional.

Mr Conway became the group general counsel & company secretary of Blackmores in July 2021. Prior to that, he spent almost six years working in a range of operational and strategic legal roles at Coca-Cola Amatil including as general counsel of its Australian business unit and as deputy group general counsel & group company secretary.

His private practice legal experience includes public and private M&A roles based in London, Moscow and Sydney for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Herbert Smith Freehills.

Mr Conway is an admitted lawyer in New South Wales, England & Wales. He is also a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
