Mr Borenstein has extensive business, finance, accounting and entrepreneurial skills. He started his entrepreneurial career after Wells Fargo when he conceived, built and sold 3 companies over the course of 4 years. During his tenure, he took the company public in 1987 and initiated their strategy of growth through acquisition.
