Philip Bullock AO was vice president of the systems and technology group at IBM Asia Pacific, based in Shanghai. Prior to that, he was chief executive and managing director of IBM Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Bullock was a non-executive director of Perpetual Limited, Healthscope and CSG.
He has provided advice to the Federal Government, through a number of organisations, most notably as chair of Skills Australia.
