Peter Turnbull AM is an experienced chair and professional non-executive director of public-listed, unlisted and evolving technology companies. His sector experience includes oil and gas, mining, technology commercialisation and industrial manufacturing.
Mr Turnbull has over 25 years of senior executive and corporate legal experience. He also has corporate regulatory and government policy experience through working with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission and the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission.
Mr Turnbull is a member of the ASIC Corporate Governance Consultative Panel, and a speaker & writer on global governance issues.
He is a non-executive director, former president, life member and Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia; and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In 2020, Mr Turnbull was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for services to business and corporate governance institutes.
