Peter Toll is a Partner in BDO’s Deal Advisory team in Perth, focusing on transactions services, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He leads BDO’s National Food & Agribusiness Sector Group. Peter is also one of BDO Australia’s two International Liaison Partners.
Mr Toll has over 18 years’ experience advising companies ranging in size from ASX100 to large family operations on identifying and executing transactions.
He has considerable public market corporate transactions experience including listing companies on various exchanges, with a particular focus on the ASX, TSX, LSE and AIM exchanges.
Mr Toll is committed to continuous improvement first and foremost, as it relates to helping individuals learn and develop.
He joined BDO in 1998,was appointed Partner in 2006 and managing partner of the Perth office in 2016. He also has experience working in BDO’s New York and Melbourne offices.
