Paul Underwood has over 35 years of experience with listed companies, initially as a corporate advisor and subsequently as a chief executive and managing director within the resources and energy sectors. He also has over 30 years of experience as an executive and non-executive chair, managing director and non-executive director of public listed companies with global operations. Mr Underwood was the founding managing director and chief executive of Tap Oil, a position he held for eleven years, and presided over the company's progression from an unlisted junior startup company into a significant participant in the oil and gas sector. He has a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and was awarded the Medal of the French Senate for services to French culture.
