Neil Roberts has extensive knowledge & experience of the political, regulatory, legal and commercial environments; and advises companies who seek to navigate government engagement. He was a key member of leadership teams within the government and commercial sectors.

Mr Roberts had been the chief of staff to the WA Minister for Mines and Petroleum and Energy; WA Minister for State Development, Tourism, and Small Business; and the federal Minister for Resources and Tourism. He was also a policy advisor on economic development and resource-related matters. His commercial experience included seven years as company secretary and general counsel of St Barbara, and as general manager of government and community relations & joint company secretary of Midwest Corporation (now Sinosteel Midwest).

In August 2021, Mr Roberts became a senior advisor within the strategic communications team of FTI Consulting.
