Lee-Anne de Bruin has been appointed chief financial officer of Resolute Mining. Previous long-serving chief financial officer, Greg Fitzgerald, will remain as company secretary.

Mike Brook is a mining professional with over 30 years of hands-on global industry experience in mine geology, mining analyst and fund management roles. He has led the technical & commercial review and assessment of mining & minerals processing projects & companies from an investment perspective, across multiple jurisdictions and commodities, from early-stage exploration through to production.
Mr Brook was chair & manager of three successful African-focused resources investment funds. For over 16 years, he was responsible for investment selection methodology and management of the funds, and served on multiple public and private investee company boards. Prior to his time in mining investment management, Mr Brook spent eight years with a prominent stock broking firm as a mining equities analyst, focusing on ASX-listed junior miners, as well as larger capitalisation companies in the industrial minerals and diamonds sectors.
Mr Brook holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Geology (Honours) from the University of Wales (Cardiff).
