Michael Oosterhof is the executive chair of Eastcourt which specialises in industrial property, with landholdings in residential development sites. The company was incorporated in May 1975 as Eastcourt Properties.

Under his leadership, Eastcourt has grown to become one of Western Australia’s most prominent property development groups. Mr Oosterhof became executive chair in June 2020 when his son, Tom Oosterhof, took over as the company’s chief executive.
