Michael Murray AM QC was chair of the National Trust of Australia's WA branch, chair of the Supervised Release Review Board, and parliamentary inspector of the Corruption and Crime Commission.
He was bestowed with an Honorary Doctorate from Murdoch University and awarded the Australian Medal for his contribution to law and education.
Mr Murray passed away in July 2020.
