Zhenya in second reverse takeover
Perth technology entrepreneur Zhenya Tsvetnenko is taking another of his ventures public with a second reverse takeover of a struggling mining stock in four months.
Luke Taylor has over 18 years of experience in managing and growing various digital marketing, internet and mobile technology companies.
He was the managing director of Tech Mpire prior to being appointed chief technology officer in May 2017. In 2018, Tech Mpire changed its name to Adveritas and Mr Taylor became its chief operating officer in August. He brought together and oversaw the team that pioneered TrafficGuard, which was launched and commercialised as a Software as a Service (SaaS) in July 2018 and was awarded the Mobile Marketing Innovation Award by MarTech BreakThrough.

Online advertising business Tech Mpire has made solid gains on its first day of trading on the ASX, after being acquired by Fortunis Resources in a $3.1 million backdoor listing.
Shares in online advertising business Tech Mpire have continued their steep ascent of the last two weeks, ending the day up 11 per cent after the company announced an 83 per cent increase in monthly revenue for June.
Shares in Perth-based online advertising business Tech Mpire rallied today on news the company had hit a revenue milestone of $25 million, but it was a different story for former high-flyer 1-Page.
