Laurence Read, a UK resident, has acted as a strategic and communications consultant to Ferrum Crescent for seven years and has been appointed its non-executive director in January 2017. Mr Read has 16 years’ experience in advising public and private companies on investor relations, particularly in the natural resources sector.
