John Sergeant
Non-Executive Director / Kangaroo Island Plantation Timbers
John Sergeant joined Kangaroo Island Plantation Timbers in March 2013 as a board member, became managing director from January 2015 to May 2019, and executive director from June 2019 before transitioning to a non-executive director role in April 2020.
He is committed to working with the community and other stakeholders and with local and State government to help deliver a deep water export facility on Kangaroo Island, and to establish plantation timber as a employer and source of economic activity.
Prior to Kangaroo Island Plantation Timbers, he has managed a number of consultancy businesses and served on the boards of Australian and multinational professional services firms.
