Irena Ferraro is a workers’ compensation lawyer, having provided advice and representation to clients in relation to a range of statutory and common-law issues. In addition to her work in the WorkCover and AAT jurisdictions, Ms Ferraro’s experience in the District Court has included settlement of multi-defendant claims at pre-trial conference and mediation stages, and the management of complex common-law claims to trial. She appears regularly at WorkCover WA in the Conciliation and Arbitration Services on various applications made pursuant to the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981.
