Frederick Kotzee is an experienced chief financial officer and executive director of listed companies across multiple industries.
Mr Kotzee was chief financial officer of Kidman Resources until it was successfully taken over by Wesfarmers; chief financial officer of Kumba Iron Ore, a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and a member of the Anglo American group; group financial director of African Oxygen, a member of the Linde AG group; and has held executive and non-executive director positions with extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance and business development.
He is a South African Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa.
