Frank Poeta is a partner in Herbert Smith Freehills, specialising in property matters. He acts for a number of Australia’s largest property developers and real estate funds and has worked on some of the most complex and largest projects undertaken in Western Australia. He has extensive experience in the sale or acquisition of development land, shopping centres and commercial buildings; complex leasing arrangements representing both lessors and lessees; major infrastructure and development projects; development joint ventures and development management arrangements; integrated strata and mixed use developments; and master planned land subdivisions.
