Eric Cheng is the co-founder and chief executive of real estate developer Sevens Group since 2016.

Mr Cheng is also the co-founder and chief executive of CapitalX.

He was founder and group chief executive of ECG Group of Companies for 11 years and sold the real estate agency and property development arm of the company for $31 million in 2014.
