Virgin Aust shelves privatisation plans
Virgin Australia has confirmed it will remain an ASX-listed company for now as the airline delivered its best half-year financial results in a decade.
Elizabeth Bryan AM has over 33 years of executive experience in the financial services industry, government policy and administration and on the boards of companies and statutory organisations.
She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, ASIC director advisory panel, and advisory board of Credit Suisse First Boston. Ms Bryan is also a Trustee of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Australian National University and Master of Economics from the University of Hawaii, USA.
In 2013, Ms Bryan was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for significant services to the financial services and superannuation sectors, and to corporate governance.
