Deva North joined Brightwater in 2014 and since that time, she has risen up the ranks of employee relations consultant in 2015, manager of HR operations in 2017, and acting general manager of people services in 2019. Ms North has a wealth of experience in employee relations and held various human resources roles at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry prior to joining Brightwater. She graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and Industrial Relations, and is undertaking the Signature Leadership Program with Leadership WA.
