David Hillam

David Hillam has over 22 years of practice in architecture, design and development. Mr Hillam advises various government authorities and is involved in vetting the design quality of applications. Mr Hillam holds a Bachelor of Architecture and is the sole principal of Hillam Architects. Through Hillam Architects, he has been involved in the project design of numerous apartment complexes with several successful syndicated apartment developments. Mr Hillam is passionate about residential living, design and function, in particular the tremendous opportunities that spring from the community’s cultural shift to higher density apartment style living.
