Private equity backing helps WA businesses pursue strong growth
Businesses like Calibre Global, Onsite Rental Group and NLV Group have enjoyed strong growth with the support of their private equity backers.

Damir Panzich has more than two decades of experience in the project management, engineering consulting and infrastructure services sectors. He also has significant strategic and business management experience, and has been involved in a number of business acquisitions and integrations.
Mr Panzich is a founding director of mining services company Resource Development Group (ASX: RDG) and was instrumental in its listing on the ASX. He was also a founding partner of Engenium, an executive director of Calibre Engenium Joint Venture, and a director of 3F Asset Management.
Mr Panzich holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
