Chiu Chi Wen has been a director of a major Malaysian property group since 1979, and chair of the Hawaiian property group since 2000.

Together with his wife, Mei Wen, he has also been involved in guiding the philanthropic pursuits of Wen Giving and its Foundation. Wen Giving's mission is to improve the quality of life of those in need by supporting projects that make a meaningful, impactful and sustainable difference. Mr Wen has guided many educational organisations in Perth, Kuala Lumpur, Nepal, Thailand and Singapore.

Mr Wen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
