Bronwyn Grieve spent more than two decades leading teams and advising organisations on transformational change.
She worked at Mineral Resources from August 2022 to July 2023, in the newly created role of chief people and shared services officer, and is part of the company’s leadership team. Ms Grieve started as director of global sustainability and external affairs at Fortescue in early 2024.
Ms Grieve spent much of her early career at the World Bank managing strategic investment and advisory programs, as well as large-scale international development projects. Since returning to Perth in 2020, she had held senior executive positions within the WA Government sector, supporting the state’s COVID recovery and growth policies.
