Wesfarmers ups bid to acquire SILK
Wesfarmers' health and beauty division has upped its offer to $180 million to acquire SILK Laser Clinics after previously walking away from negotiations.
Boris Bosnich holds various directorships and provides advisory services to several small and medium enterprises and startup companies in the US and Australia. He has been managing a range of venture development projects and capital raisings within the enviro technology, manufacturing, retail, health and wellbeing sectors.
Mr Bosnich has over 15 years of experience with a global logistics organisation, and was the founder and managing director of Challenge Recruitment for almost 9 years, and Entrepreneur- in-Residence at the University of South Australia for over 3 years. He is chair of Orthopaedics SA, Kid Sense Child Development, Smile Partners and Silk Laser Clinics.
