Belinda Hannover

Belinda Hannover joined Humm Group in July 2021 as joint company secretary, following her time as an executive manager and governance advisor of Commonwealth Bank of Australia and as company secretary of its subsidiaries.

Prior to CBA, she was the assistant company secretary of ClearView Wealth and spent over 7 years at Sparke Helmore Lawyers.

Ms Hannover is an affiliate of the Governance Institute of Australia, and is pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
