ASX strikes gold with explorers
Larvotto Resources is among a long list of gold explorers seeking to trade on the ASX, this month announcing plans to raise up to $10 million through its IPO.
Commencing her career as an investment banker in the US, Ms Anna Nahajski-Staples has over 25 years’ experience in global financial markets which includes 15 years specialising in natural resources and ASX equities.
She has held executive and non-executive board roles while managing boutique corporate advisory firm Paloma Investments, which she established in 2010.
Ms Nahajski-Staples is a Fellow of Finsia, a graduate of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and studied accounting at Harvard University before receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Larvotto Resources has become the latest WA-based explorer to list on the stock exchange, with proceeds from its IPO to fund exploration in Australia and New Zealand.
Today’s board moves include Richard Seville, Brad Sampson, Alec Pismiris, George Cameron-Dow, Matthew Schuyler, Anna Nahajski-Staples and Rachelle Domansky.
