Emergent Perth water utility Water West is backed by Brookfield Infrastructure and Azure Capital.
Water West’s strategy is to position itself as an alternative to the Water Corporation in new residential developments in WA. It was originally established as Peel Water to manage the water needs of the Point Grey subdivision south of Mandurah by failed property developer Port Bourvard.
