Founded in 2009, Spartan Resources (SPR, formerly Gascoyne Resources) was an ASX-listed company that engaged in the exploration of gold and base metal mineral properties in Australia.
It held interests in the Dalgaranga Gold Project, Yalgoo Gold Project, and an advanced exploration and development project at Glenburgh–Mt Egerton.
The company acquired Firefly Resources in November 2021, and changed its name from Gascoyne Resources to Spartan Resources in August 2023.
Spartan Resources was acquired by Ramelius Resources in July 2025.
