The company formerly known as Liberty Resources Limited, was a mining and exploration company, focused on the discovery and development of clean energy sources from coal in Australia and Canada. The company held interests in the Denison Trough, Galilee Basin, and Surat Basin in Queensland; and the Renmark Basin in South Australia. It also held approximately 9,400 hectares of potential coal bearing formation across 13 coal prospecting permits in Saskatchewan, Canada.
The Company was involved in a reverse takeover by Cirrus Networks in 2015.
