CONTINUED high occupancy rates and room rates in the Perth hotel sector have ensured a positive trading performance for Fraser Suites Perth, the city’s first major new hotel in six years.

Newly-opened hotel Fraser Suites Perth has appointed Alice Lyons nee Dixon as director of sales and marketing. Ms Lyons previously represented the Radisson Edwardian London properties in Sydney and prior to that, worked for five-star hotel brands in London.
