Established in 1988, Electrical Group Training (EGT) provides employment and training opportunities in the electrotechnology industry. Aimed at producing highly skilled and motivated tradespeople.
Electrical Apprentices are exposed to the full range of practical training and hands-on experience in the electrotechnology industry, providing Host Employers with a consistent supply of high-quality workers to support their business on a short or long-term basis.
Off-the-job training is delivered by the College of Electrical Training (CET) and various Public Providers (TAFE colleges) to ensure apprentices continually enhance their skills.
Electrical Group Training, Equip-Safe, College of Electrical Training and ECA WA are part of the not-for-profit Electrotechnology Training Institute.
