
Angel Seafood Holdings was involved in the production, manufacture, marketing, and selling of certified organic oysters in Australia and Asia. The company used multi-bay strategy, wherein Cowell has the nursery and oyster grow out operation (20 million oysters per year), Coffin Bay had the final conditioning operation (10 million oysters per year) and forms the domestic sales channel, Haslam had the storage for excess stocks and at last Port Lincoln had the exports operation.
Angel Seafood was acquired by Valley Seas in 2022.
