Felicity Gooding has been appointed as a non-executive director on the board of Impact Minerals. Ms Gooding is the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of the Minderoo Group.

Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia chief executive Craig Comrie is resigning to take up a new position as head of partnerships at the Foundation for Young Australians.

James Tsiolis has been appointed as executive chairman of iWebGate. Mr Tsiolis was previously a non-executive director of the company.

Minderoo Group chief investment officer Aaron Hood has resigned from the company to take up a new position at a Melbourne-based private equity firm.
