Sarah is a director at the Coxon Group of Companies, a Perth based group focussed on the acquisition, development and management of light industrial land.
Operating since 1973, the Coxon Group hold and manage a private portfolio of industrial land by maintaining long term relationships with major state, national and international tenants and securing for them A grade premises within the portfolio.
Sarah sits on the Property Council of Australia’s WA Division industrial land and logistics committee, and currently sits on it’s subcommittee investigating the supply of industrial land in Perth.
