Nicole Lockwood is a systems transition broker, strategist and former Chair of Infrastructure WA, working across infrastructure, investment, industry, government and the natural world.
Through Lockwood Advisory, she works on complex challenges requiring people, capital, policy and ideas to move together rather than in isolation.
Nicole is particularly interested in infrastructure as an enabler of wider transition - creating the conditions for new industries, resilient communities and long-term economic and environmental value. Her work increasingly asks questions about how our systems need to evolve: not simply what infrastructure we need next, but what future are we enabling through what we build today.
