Linden Brownley

Linden Brownley Managing Director, Indigenous Personnel & Training

Linden and his brother Trent Brownley are the owners and directors of Indigenous Personnel and Training (IPT), a family owned business which has been operating in the Goldfields for the past 5 years.

IPT is the largest employer of Aboriginal people in the mining and construction industry in Kalgoorlie Boulder. In 2022, IPT provided earthworks services and labour during the 2 year construction phase of the Lynas Rare Earths processing facility at Kalgoorlie Boulder. IPT is currently providing labour, screening and ancillary services for Northern Star Resources KCGM Super Pit operations. 

Linden has previously worked with government and community/church youth programs for 15 years. Linden’s efforts led to an invite to explore leadership development with the United States Congressional Leadership programs. Linden lectured at Georgetown University on Aboriginal Intercultural Relations and was invited by the Obama Administration to attend President Obama’s inauguration.

Linden recently completed 6 years as an Elected Member on the City of Kalgoorlie Boulder Council.
