Dale Henderson is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PLS (ASX: PLS), leading the company's transformation from an emerging developer into one of the world's leading lithium producers and a globally significant supplier to the battery materials supply chain.
Appointed Managing Director and CEO in 2022, Dale has driven PLS' strategic evolution across three continents, overseeing the scaling of the Pilgangoora Operation, one of the world's largest hard-rock lithium assets, and its expansion to contribute approximately 8% of global lithium supply. Under his leadership, PLS has advanced into downstream chemical production through the POSCO joint venture in South Korea, acquiring and developing the Colina Project in Brazil, and progressing midstream lithium processing.
