Regional Managing Director, MULTIPLEX
For the past sixteen years Chris Palandri has led the Western Australian business in his role as Regional Managing Director.
As a valued member of the Multiplex team for over 35 years, Chris has held roles that vary from Contracts Manager, Development Manager and Sector Managing Director across an extensive range of projects throughout Australia and New Zealand.
In Perth, Chris has successfully led the design and construction delivery of major projects including Brookfield Place Towers 1 and 2, 1 The Esplanade, 9 The Esplanade and Optus Stadium, and is currently leading the delivery of ECU City Campus and Planning Phase of RAAF Base Curtin Redevelopment.
In addition, he has an impressive track record in the management of major commercial, infrastructure, residential and retail projects and the ability to form long-term alliances with clients, consultants and key subcontractors.
Chris was the WA President and a Director of the Property Council of Australia from 2015 to 2017 and is a past Director of the Australian Institute of Management in WA and is currently the Chairman of Scitech.
