Founding Director, Hesperia
Ben Lisle is the Managing Director and founder of Hesperia, a leading Western Australian property group specialising in the delivery of large, complex projects across industrial, healthcare, residential and renewables sectors.
Under his leadership, Hesperia was established as a B-Corp and is committed to delivering social and environmental outcomes including carbon neutrality in both its corporate operations and property investments.
Prior to Hesperia, Ben was a founder and Managing Director of Linc Property where he successfully delivered a range of industrial and commercial projects with the business being the largest private developer of industrial land in Western Australia.
Prior to his career in property, Ben was a co-founder and Director of investment bank Azure Capital and a Director at Poynton and Partners where he worked across a range of industries on major capital raisings, project finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory.
Ben has an active interest in contributing to public policy in property, construction and energy and a range of philanthropic including mental health, education, culture and the arts and indigenous empowerment. He is currently a board member of the WA Property Council and the Perth Festival.
Ben studied mechanical engineering at UWA where he graduated with first-class honours as the top student in his final year. He has also completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.
