As Chief Operating Officer at Bethanie, she oversees residential aged care, retirement living and home care arms including clinical governance, volunteering and work health and safety. She leads those teams in driving continuous improvement, compliance, and sustainable growth. Prior to joining Bethanie, Annie held senior roles in the private hospital sector, leading major service transformations and operational reforms, building high-performing teams, streamlining systems, and delivering care that prioritises dignity, compassion, and community. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science specialising in Health Information Management, and brings a strategic, people-first approach to operational leadership in the aged care sector.
