Nigel Satterley is one of the most influential business leaders in the property industry, starting his property company over 30 years ago. In the past three decades, Satterley Property Group has become one ofAustralia’s biggest privately owned residential land development companies and is rapidly increasing its presence in three States.

Most of Nigel’s work has been in WA and even during the current lull in the market the Group has been enjoying 30 per cent of all residential land sales.

Satterley Property Group has carried out 140 residential projects and sold more than 50,000 home lots. The company has won more than 70 prestigious industry awards acknowledging excellence in master-planned estates, planning, affordability, sustainability, the environment, water conservation and water sensitive urban design and community development.

Nigel has personally received the Urban Development Institute ofAustralia’s President’s Award and Distinguished Service Award. He has won the Real Estate Institute’s most prestigious award, the Kevin Sullivan Award, and the United Nations World Habitat Award for urban renewal.

Nigel national chairman of the Residential Development Council and received the Membership of the Order ofAustraliafor his contribution to land and community development, urban renewal programs and to charity, medical research and sport.

Nigel is a life member and former No 1 ticket holder of the West Coast Eagles Football Club.  He is a former Swim Thru Perth winner and still swims up to two kilometres every day.
