Vonex takes flight with Qantas rewards partnership

Telco disruptor Vonex has opened up a new avenue to grow its brand awareness and revenue through a partnership with Qantas Business Rewards, or “QBR”.

QBR is part of Qantas Airways’ subsidiary business, Qantas Loyalty and is Australia’s largest business to business loyalty program.

Vonex’s entry into the program allows QBR’s 250,000 small and medium enterprise members the ability to earn Qantas Points when they spend money on the company’s products and services from August this year.

The partnership will also provide the company with marketing support over the next 24 months.

Earlier this month, Vonex said it now has more than 29,000 registered PABX users, a 24% increase over the last 12 months.

The company added that it is on track to deliver 25% year-on-year growth in new customer orders in the June 2019 quarter, up from the 20% growth rate achieved in the March 2019 quarter.

Vonex is also poised to formally launch its “Oper8tor” communications app that is designed to enable users of multiple voice communication platforms such as Skype and Whatsapp to communicate with each other in real time, regardless of the platform used.
