Australian stocks have opened lower despite gains on overseas markets.At 1028 AEST, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was down 17.5 points, or 0.4 per cent, at 4,400.9 points, while the broader All Ordinaries index had fallen 16.2 points, or 0.36 per cent, to 4,424.2 points.
