New Caspian COO

Graeme Parsons has been appointed as chief operating officer for Caspian Oil & Gas Ltd. Mr Parsons was previously responsible for the subsurface management of Santos Ltd’s South West Queensland Cooper Basin gas assets which include over 50 gas fields and 100 producing wells.
