For almost 20 years, we have been known as Stirling Capital. In that time, we have carved out a solid reputation as one of Perth’s leading property developers based on producing quality product, utilising local knowledge and partnerships, and genuinely caring about sustainability.
However, as our business continued to evolve, we saw the need for a new market presence to better reflect who we are and what we stand for - one that will enable us to build on our reputation and continue to meet the ever-changing needs of the market.
This has led to the creation of our new brand - Erben.
Erben means heritage and legacy, reflecting our desire as a developer to provide buildings that lead in sustainability, while creating quality living experiences that will foster connection and value for generations to come.
At Erben, we believe that successful property development isn’t just about buildings – it’s about creating spaces where people can live, interact, and connect. It’s about bringing the feeling of home to life, and making a positive impact on people’s lives. We call this Creating to Belong.
This ethos weaves through all our developments, with our beautiful and unique designs capturing attention for their quality and their ability to build connection with community and nature.
Erben currently has three developments underway. Construction of Florin Parkside in Jolimont is well underway, with the building comprising 63 large residences with sweeping city and park views and conveniently located within the Western Suburbs of Perth.
The second tower at Cirque has also just commenced construction. The introduction of Cirque Duet will result in a unique shape and orientation that will provide every
resident in both towers with sweeping panoramas of the Swan and Canning Rivers.
And Windfall is due to commence construction soon, seeing the introduction of a mixed-use development featuring 61 residential apartments along the Port Coogee Marina Village commercial strip, providing the sought-after coastal lifestyle synonymous with Perth.
All of these developments embody Erben’s key principle of sustainable living, achieving Australian Excellence in sustainability (as defined by the Green Building Council of Australia) and incorporating a suite of features to deliver clever design that not only makes a building greener, but also reduces living costs and improves the quality of apartment living.
At Erben we are ready to take our business forward and deliver buildings that connect us to what matters most and shape our lives for the better.
