Wayne Crofts has extensive commercial and industry management experience, having worked across the agricultural, retail and industrial sectors domestically and internationally.
Mr Crofts became the chief executive of Craig Mostyn Group in October 2022 and is the managing director of Karowi Pastoral Company, which operates a sustainable mixed grazing agricultural enterprise as well as an advisory enterprise with a focus on improving business performance and assisting business develop & execute their strategic plans. Prior to that, he was the managing director of Heritage Seeds (one of Australia's largest seed companies), chief executive of Brindle Group, and executive general manager of AMCAP which is a leading national parts distributor servicing the automotive, commercial and industrial sectors with tailored warehousing and distribution solutions throughout Australia. Mr Crofts had also spent 16 years in senior commercial roles with Wesfarmers and its various businesses.
