Keren Paterson has over 25 years of experience in corporate advisory and executive roles across the global mining value chain. Her corporate advisory experience spans resources, mining services, technology, agriculture and energy covering capital raising, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, strategy development and execution, and mining due diligence.
Ms Paterson has been the chief executive and managing director of JSW Drilling since November 2023, after 6 years on the board as a non-executive director. Prior to JSW, she was the managing director & chief executive of Trigg Mining for over 9.5 years, an advisor of mining services at Mainsheet Capital, founding managing director and chief executive of an ASX-listed international resources company, the mine manager of one of Australia’s most prosperous gold mines, an investment analyst at Resource Capital Funds, corporate development manager of a diversified mining company, and managed the office of one of Australia’s most successful mining and agriculture entrepreneurs.
Ms Paterson is a mining engineer from the Western Australian School of Mines and INSEAD Alumni, and holds a WA First Class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency. She was also a Telstra Western Australian Young Business Women of the Year (2005).
